ເນື່ອງໃນວັນຊາດຂອງປະເທດປອກຕຸຍການ, ຕອນເຊົ້າຂອງວັນທີ 10 ມິຖຸນາ 2021 ທ່ານນາງ ຈັນທະຈອນ ວົງໄຊ ກົງສູນກິດຕິມະສັກ ປະເທດປອກຕຸຍການ ປະຈໍາ ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ສປປ ລາວ ໄດ້ມອບເງິນມູນຄ່າ 10 ລ້ານກີບ ຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອສູນປິ່ນປົວ ແລະ ຮັກສາສຸຂະພາບຕາ ໂຮງຮຽນສອນຄົນຕາບອດ ບ້ານແຫ່ງແສງສະຫວ່າງ ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ, ຕາງໜ້າຮັບໂດຍ ທ່ານ ດຣ. ນາງ ພອນສະຫວັນ ຈ່າສານ ຮອງຫົວໜ້າສູນປິ່ນປົວ ແລະ ຮັກສາສຸຂະພາບຕາ , ມີຄະນະຮັບຜິດຊອບ ແລະ ສື່ມວນຊົນເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ.
ໂອກາດພິເສດດັ່ງກ່າວ, ທ່ານນາງ ຈັນທະຈອນ ວົງໄຊ ໄດ້ກ່າວວ່າ: ເນື່ອງໃນວັນຊາດປະເທດປອກຕຸຍການ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໃນນາມກົງສູນກິດຕິມະສັກ ປະເທດປອກຕຸຍການ ປະຈໍາ ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ສປປ ລາວ ມີຄວາມຍິນດີໃນປະກອບສ່ວນຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ແລະ ຖ້າຫາກທາງສູນມີກິດຈະກຳອື່ນໆ ກໍພ້ອມທີ່ຈະເປັນສ່ວນໜຶ່ງໃນການປະກອບສ່ວນຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອ.
ພ້ອມດຽວກັນນີ້, ທ່ານ ດຣ. ນາງ ພອນສະຫວັນ ຈ່າສານ ຍັງໄດ້ກ່າວຂອບໃຈມາຍັງ ທ່ານນາງ ຈັນທະຈອນ ວົງໄຊ ທີ່ເຫັນຄວາມສໍາຄັນ ແລະ ໃຫ້ການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອ ສູນປິ່ນປົວ ແລະ ຮັກສາສຸຂະພາບຕາ ເພື່ອເປັນການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອສັງຄົມ.
ຈໍານວນເງິນດັ່ງກ່າວ, ແມ່ນຈະນໍາໄປປະກອບສ່ວນເຂົ້າໃນການກໍ່ສ້າງຮ່ອງລະບາຍນໍ້າໃນໂຮງຮຽນສອນຄົນຕາບອດ ບ້ານແຫ່ງແສງສະຫວ່າງ ທີ່ຂຶ້ນກັບສູນປິ່ນປົວ ແລະ ຮັກສາສຸຂະພາບຕາ, ເນື່ອງຈາກວ່າ ສະຖານທີ່ດັ່ງກ່າວ ເປັນສະຖານທີ່ໆຕັ້ງຢູ່ໃນລະດັບພື້ນທີ່ຄ້ອຍ-ຕໍ່າ ກວ່າສູນ ແລະ ລະດັບເສັ້ນທາງທີ່ຢູ່ທາງນອກ ເມື່ອຝົນຕົກລົງມາທາງໂຮງຮຽນກໍໄດ້ຮັບຜົນກະທົບຈາກນໍ້າຖ້ວມທີ່ເກີດຈາກຝົນຕົກໂດຍກົງ.
Mrs. Chanthachone Vongsay, The Honorary Consulate of Portugal in Vientiane , Lao PDR has donated 10 million kip to support the ophthalmology Center
Due on National Day of Portugal, the morning of June 10, 2021, Mrs. Chanthachone Vongsay, The Honorary Consulate of Portugal in Vientiane , Lao PDR has donated 10 million Kip to Support Ophthalmology Center, School for the Blind, Home of Light, Vientiane Capital, Dr Phonesavanh chasane Vice director of ophthalmology Center has received it on behalf of the center and the committee and the media also has participated
to help society.
On this special occasion, Mrs. Chanthachone Vongsay said that: On the occasion of the National Day of Portugal, on behalf of the Honorary Consulate of Portugal in Vientiane, Lao PDR, we are happy to contribute this time and if the center has other activities, we would be ready to take part in contributing. At the same time, Dr Phonesavanh chasane also thanked Mrs. Chanthachone Vongsay, for her support and understand how important of our ophthalmology Center.
The subsidy will be used to construct drainage ditch in the School for the Blind, Home of Light which is under the Ophthalmology Center, because Home of Light’s area is lower than center and road outside when it rains, the school is directly affected by the flooding caused by the rain.
