ໃນໂອກາດທີ່ການພົວພັນທາງການທູດລະຫວ່າງ ລາວ-ໄທ-ລາວ ຈະຄົບຮອບ 70 ປີ ໃນເດືອນ ທັນວາ ປີ 2020 ຈະມາເຖິງນີ້ ລັດຖະບານຂອງສອງປະເທດ ແລະ ໜ່ວຍງານກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ ໄດ້ມີການກະກຽມເພື່ອສະເຫຼີມສະຫຼອງວັນດັ່ງກ່າວ ດ້ວຍບັນຍາກາດທີ່ຄຶກຄື້ນ.

anniversary of diplomatic relations
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Lao-Thai diplomatic relations which will fall on December 2020, both governments and concerned authorities are preparing to celebrate such meaningful milestone in the vibrant environment.
Currently, the bilateral relations are maintained on a good level. During the past years, both countries have expanded their cooperation on various fields. The two economies have become closely integrated in all aspects with the continuous growth of trade value. As of 2018, trade value between the two countries reached over 6 billion US dollar, 11% increase compared the previous year. Both governments are aiming to augment such trade value up to approximately 11 billion US dollar within 2021.
