ສະຖານທູດຍີ່ປຸ່ນປະຈໍາ ສປປ ລາວຂໍປະກາດວ່າທຶນການສຶກສາ “Teacher Training Students”, ເຊິ່ງເປີດຮັບສະໝັກສະເພາະຄູ-ອາຈານໃນບັນດາສະຖາບັນການສຶກສາໃນລະດັບສາມັນສຶກສາ ແລະ ບັນດາອາຈານໃນວິທະຍາໄລຄູ (ບໍ່ລວມມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ) ເພື່ອໄປສຶກສາຢູ່ທີ່ປະເທດຍີ່ປຸ່ນເປັນເວລາ 1 ປີ ແລະ 6 ເດືອນ.
