ຂຶ້ນປົກເດືອນມີນາ 2020 ໄດ້ຮັບກຽດສໍາພາດທ່ານ ທາເກວາກະ ເຄໂຊ, ເອກອັກຄະຣາຊະທູດ ຍີ່ປຸ່ນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ ເຊິ່ງທ່ານໄດ້ແຈ້ງໃຫ້ຊາບເຖິງ 65 ປີແຫ່ງການພົວພັນທາງດ້ານການທູດລະຫວ່າງສອງປະເທດ ພ້ອມທັງ 5 ປີ ແຫ່ງການເປັນຄູ່ຮ່ວມຍຸດທະສາດ ແລະ ການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອໃນຫຼາຍດ້ານຂອງລັດຖະບານຍີ່ປຸ່ນແກ່ລັດຖະບານສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ປະຊາຊົນລາວຕະຫຼອດໄລຍະທີ່ຜ່ານມາ,ໃນໂອກາດນີ້ທ່ານທູດຍັງໄດ້ແຈ້ງໃຫ້ຊາບເຖິງຄວາມປະທັບໃຈຂອງທ່ານທີ່ໄດ້ມາປະຕິບັດໜ້າທີ່ ແລະ ໄດ້ສໍາຜັດກັບວິຖີຊີວິດຂອງປະຊາຊົນລາວ. ໂດຍທີ່ເພິ່ນໄດ້ມີການ “ບັນທຶກປະຈຳວັນຂອງເພິ່ນ” ຢູ່ໃນໜ້າ facebook ຂອງ ສະຖານທູດຍີ່ປຸ່ນ ໃນ ສປປ ລາວ.

5th anniversary of the Strategic Partnership.
Covering this March 2020 issue, we have the honor to interview Mr. Takewaka Keizo, Ambassador of Japan to the Lao PDR, who presented to us achievements made during the past 65 years, especially during the previous 5 years of Strategic Partnership, including assistance extended from the Japanese Government to the Lao Government and people in various fields. On this occasion, the Ambassador also revealed his impression after being posted here and after experiencing lifestyle of Lao people. He also informed us about “Ambassador’s diary” shared on the facebook page of the Embassy of Japan in the Lao PDR.
The 65th anniversary of Laos-Japan diplomatic relations is celebrated on March 5, 2020. This year is also the 5th anniversary of the strategic partnership. How would you describe the expansion of friendship and cooperation between Laos and Japan? Have special events and activities been implemented to mark the significant occasions?
In the development of infrastructure, human resources, health, agriculture and other sectors, how is the Japanese government assisting the Lao government?
