ຮ້ານຫັດຖະກຳໄຕລື້ ດຳເນີນການຜະລິດ ທັງເປັນສູນຫັດຖະກຳຕ່ຳຫູກ ຕັ້ງຢູ່ທີ່ບ້ານປ່າສັກ, ເມືອງໄຊ, ແຂວງອຸດົມໄຊ ຊຶ່ງທຳການຜະລິດຜ້າຝ້າຍ ແລະ ຜະລິດຕະພັນຈາກຜ້າຝ້າຍ ທີ່ໃຊ້ວັດຖຸດິບເປັນຝ້າຍທຳມະຊາດ ແລະ ຮັກສາເຕັກນິກການຍ້ອມສີທຳມະຊາດ ຂອງຊົນເຜົ່າໄຕລື້ ທີ່ເປັນລວດລາຍພື້ນເມືອງ ທັງມີຄວາມງົດງາມ ທີ່ເປັນເອກະລັກຂອງຊົນເຜົ່າໄຕລື້.
ຫັດຖະກຳຜ້າຝ່າຍຂອງຮ້ານຫັດຖະກຳໄຕລື້ ແມ່ນຜະລິດຈາກຝ້າຍເຂັນດ້ວຍມື ຂອງກຸ່ມຫັດຖະກໍຳຊົນເຜົ່າໄຕລື້ ເມືອງໄຊ ແລະ ເມືອງແບງ, ແຂວງອຸດົມໄຊ. ໃນອາດີດ ປະຊາຊົນເຮັດຜະລິດຕະພັນຜ້າຝ້າຍ ເພື່ອນໍາໃຊ້ເຂົ້າໃນຊີວິດປະຈຳວັນຂອງຄອບຄົວ ກໍຄືພາຍໃນຊຸມຊົນ ໂດຍບໍ່ທັນມີການຊື້-ຂາຍແຕ່ຢ່າງໃດ. ເມື່ອການເວລາມີການປ່ຽນແປງ ການດຳລົງຊີວິດຂອງປະຊາຊົນຊົນເຜົ່າໄຕລື້ ກໍມີການປ່ຽນແປງໄປຕາມຍຸກຕາມສະໄໝ. ໂດຍສະເພາະ ໃນປີ 2003 ຮ້ານຫັດຖະກຳໄຕລື້ ໄດ້ເລີ່ມຕໍ່າຫູກໃນຄອບຄົວ ເພື່ອສ້າງລາຍຮັບໃຫ້ແກ່ສະມາຊິກຄອບຄົວ ໂດຍເລີ່ມຈາກ 1 ກີ່ ເຊິ່ງແມ່ນສະມາຊິກໃນເຮືອນເປັນຜູ້ຕໍ່າເອງ ແລະ ມີການຕອບຮັບທີ່ດີຈາກຜູ້ຊົມໃຊ້ ຈິ່ງໄດ້ມີການຂະຫຍາຍຕົວຈາກທີ່ຜະລິດ ເພື່ອໃຊ້ສອຍໃນຊີວິດປະຈຳວັນ ກໍຫັນມາທຳການຜະລິດເພື່ອເປັນສິນຄ້າຈຳໜ່າຍ.

Tai Leu cotton to the world
Tai Leu Handicraft Shop has been operating as a center for weaving located in Pasack Village, Xay District, Oudomxay Province. They have been producing cotton fabrics and other products using natural cotton and Tai Leu’s technique of cloth dying. Their products are available with traditional patterns reflecting the beauty and unique character of Tai Leu.
Cotton goods of Tai Leu Handicraft Shop are produced from cotton threads spun manually by a group of Tai Leu people from Xay and Beng District. In the past, local people made cotton products for their own consumption within family and community, not for trade. However, Tai Leu people later had to adapt to periodic changes, especially in 2003 when Tai Leu Handicraft Shop started its weaving business to make income for their family. They started making woven fabrics from just 1 loom and consumers loved their goods. Later, they expanded their business to produce more goods for dairy consumption.
