In 2019, the provincial socio-economic development continued to grow at the decent rate of 7.4%. While GDP reached 3,181.82 billion kip or 98.33% compared to the annual plan, 1,900 income per capita was achieved. There were positive changes in the socio-economic structure. In that, agricultural-forestry sector expanded by 6.3% covering 36.86%, industry 6.5% making up 20.15%, service 9.3% sharing the largest proportion of 42.99% of the total GDP.
